- There is nothing better than a swimming pool to keep the whole family happy on holiday. For the adults it could be about keeping fit & having the time to do a bit of exercise or it could be that its an easy way to occupy the kids. I know we as a family of four, always look for somewhere with a pool when we holiday in the UK, purely because that means there is always something to do whatever the weather. The kids think it is the world's biggest treat to have a swimming pool, particularly a heated one, that they can go to whenever they want. For us parents, if the kids are happy, then we are happy!
