At the city's Discovery Point, you'll find the three masted wooden ship captained by Scott when he made his Antarctic Expedition in 1901, and the whole family will enjoy a great day out at the Sensation Science Centre. Be sure to visit Glamis Castle – childhood home of the late Queen Mother – and the House of Dun at Montrose, and Arbroath, home of the famous ‘smokies' and some fine abbey ruins, is also well worth a trip.

- Relaxing and luxurious break, perfect if you just want to time away together. The larger lodges also looked great for breaks with family or friends. Lovely setting and location surrounded by hills yet only 15minutes out of Dundee.
- Our Exec. Lodge far exceeded our expectations, not only in it's up-keep but in the beautiful high ceilings, huge bathroom and generous kitchen area. There's plenty to do, even if golfing isn't your cup of 'tee' (get it?) from Camperdown Wildlife Park (the most awesome bears ever...but beware of the Peacocks that are free to roam about!) to the Cineworld that's less than 5 mins drive away. You're also no more than a 20 min drive from Dundee Centre where there are plenty shops for you to spend your hard earned cash on. Even the Go Active activities are great value for money from Disc Golf (fancy name for target Frisbee) to Archery and Quad Biking. Highly recommended!
- The accommodation was luxurious and was more than a 'home from home'. The surrounding woodland was idyllic and tranquil. The staff were so helpful and the food was delicious. We will be returning to Piperdam very soon
