- Our beautiful holiday villas in the Cyprus village of Latchi overlook a fabulous stretch of sea. Whilst keeping a strong local flavour and easygoing way of life, Latchi also caters perfectly for tourists with a range of great shops selling everything from sun screen to souvenirs to sandals. For all you beach lovers, there are lots of fabulous sandy beaches in the Latchi area with great clear seas for snorkelling and swimming.

Between Polis and the Baths of Aphrodite, this area is rather more a collection of fish tavernas and tourist shops than a village. A relaxing place to come to for freshly caught fish at a waterside restaurant after a walk in peaceful Akamas or a swim at one of the nearby beaches. There are souvenir shops and banks as well as the eating places, and boat trips along the coast leave regularly from the little harbour.
The resort has swelled in recent years and now includes tourist shops, bars and banking facilities as well as the long established waterside fish tavernas. There is an excellent European Blue Flag Beach of coarse sand or shingle and 'Latchi Watersports' are based here.
